HISTORY

It could be defined as a joint venture of two friends: Juan Luis the cheesemaker and David the brewer. They are both artisans from Madrid. The idea came from this young artisan beer-brewer to soak an aged goat’s milk cheese in his 9% ‘Barley Wine’ beer in old wine barrels for a month.The result is impressive and unmatched.
