Tetilla in English translates as small breast. Artisanally produced for several generations in a Galician farm very close to Santiago de Compostela. Since 1993 it has a PDO and its production area now covers all of Galicia.
Very buttery cheese that seems to melt in the mouth,it is reminiscent fresh butter with soft lactic tasting notes. It is adored by both adults and children. To consume with all types of wines, both red and white, and with full-bodied beers.
