The Mahón-Menorca is one of the oldest and most historical cheeses of Spain’s gastronomic heritage. There are still dozens of farms that make it by hand. Meloussa is the grouped brand of a cooperative of producers who mature this cheese together.
It has a very characteristic flavor, with almost citrusy acidic backgrounds and iodized and salty notes with the peculiar aroma of its oily and paprika crust. Perfect with rosé and white wines.
