The classic goat cheese for storage, handmade in Catalan farmhouses.
HISTORY

Since the beginning of the 1980s, this young farmer and rancher from a dairy near Barcelona decided to produce goat's milk and use it to make fresh, tender and semi-hard cheeses. Recently, as his production has increased, he has decided to make medium-to-large size cheeses with longer maturation, even “anejo” (aged for at least 18 months)  in times of milk boom.

 
TASTING NOTES

It has a powerful and developed flavor, but elegant and not extreme, with a compact crumbly texture and a bone-white colour. It pairs well with all types of white wines and Cavas as well as soft-bodied beers.
