Finca Pascualete is a large agricultural and livestock farm with more than 800 years of history located very close to Trujillo (Cáceres). A farm with a herd of Merino sheep that produces all the milk to make a wide range of young to aged ewe’s milk cheeses. Among these is a small cheese, precious, compact and tasty, that enters through the eyes and explodes on the palate.
Cheese of medium intensity, very tasty and personal, very creamy on the palate, with herbal and spicy notes. Perfect to drink with young wines, either red, rosé or white, or with dry and aged sherry (Oloroso, Palo Cortado, Amontillado)
