The name says it all. A cheese that is a "BOMB" as much as for its quality as for the powerful flavour.
HISTORY

It could be defined as a joint venture of two friends: Juan Luis the cheesemaker and David the brewer. They are both artisans from Madrid. The idea came from this young artisan beer-brewer to soak an aged goat’s milk cheese in his 9% ‘Barley Wine’ beer in old wine barrels for a month.The result is impressive and unmatched.

 
TASTING NOTES

Powerful flavor, pronounced and moderately spicy, but very fatty in the mouth and with blue cheese memories. In this case, it is advisable to pair it with sweet sherries (cream or sweet oloroso) or black beers.
